Account Manager (Congresses)

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Congress Manager to work alongside one of our existing dedicated client teams to deliver a range of global healthcare events – including congress attendance, standalone symposia and investigator meetings.

The role involves liaising confidently and clearly with multiple international stakeholders to ensure client objectives are met and our events exceed expectations. You will need to be an assured communicator – both face-to-face and in writing – and you’ll need to have the confidence to advise and guide our clients on their project delivery, taking the lead in a multiple agency environment.

To be considered for this role, it is imperative that you have previous international congress management experience, preferably within an event agency or in-house team, and ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. If you do not have this experience, please consider applying for another role instead. In addition, all candidates must have previous experience of line management.

Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite is a necessity and you will also need to display a diverse knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
