Congress Manager

Job Summary

We’re recruiting a Congress Manager to work alongside a team, delivering a range of events from congress attendance to symposia to investigator meetings in Europe and USA.

The role involves liaising confidently and clearly with all event stakeholders to ensure client objectives are met and our events exceed expectations.

You will need to be an assured communicator both face-to-face and in writing and you’ll need to have the confidence to advise and guide our clients on their project delivery.

Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite is a necessity and you will also need to display a diverse knowledge of international and domestic destinations. The ideal candidate must have previous congress management experience, preferably within an events agency, or in-house. Candidates with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience are desirable but not essential.
