Content Producer

Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch, UK

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced full service event professional to lead on content, communications and strategic direction, delivering exceptional events and experiential projects for a wide range of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for designing every touch point of our events, communications and experiential campaigns to ensure maximum audience engagement.

To be considered for this vacancy you’ll be an excellent event producer with a minimum of five years’ relevant creative content and communications experience. You should be a methodical problem-solver with an imaginative approach, a can-do attitude and a love for events.

For pitches you’ll be expected to define the strategic direction of a project, liaise with client and internal teams to develop a detailed brief and lead our internal teams in the preparation of proposals, ensuring we provide a considered and thought-provoking response to full service RFPs.

At the pre-production stage you’ll be creating event agendas and designing sessions, attending site inspections, working with senior stakeholders to develop accurate briefs and communicating the requirements to respective teams. You’ll be managing content creation with internal and external resources, managing timelines and all pre-event client communication. You’ll need to understand and advise on the technical needs of all projects, working alongside the Production Manager to scope out the best approach.

On-site you’ll be the main client contact for live programmes with overall responsibility for producing events. It would therefore be advantageous to have show-calling experience.

In this role, effective task prioritisation and time management is a must to ensure expectations and deadlines are consistently met. You must be able to interpret commercial objectives into highly creative and tangible event deliverables and be self-driven and motivated with excellent attention to detail.
