Production Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is the production management of live events. Working alongside our clients and internal teams you will deliver complex programmes with large budgets, using your business intelligence to drive innovation and results against strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals. From concept through to reality, you will lead on the planning and practical delivery of event production, ensuring that equipment and services are appropriate for the audience, correctly specified and accurately priced.

As well as the on-site management and delivery of our production services, you will conduct site visits to provide recommendations and attend client planning meetings and pitches. It is imperative that you are able to work under pressure and to deadline, prioritising workloads whilst maintaining superb attention to detail.

You will be responsible for writing production rationales for proposals and helping to translate briefs into innovative, appealing and commercially-viable production solutions that take into account the use of technology and creative content. With commercial and strategic acumen, you’ll be great at developing client trust and relationships.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need to have worked as a Production Manager at a production or event agency for at least five years. You will need to have a thorough technical understanding of audio-visual equipment, a knowledge of health and safety considerations and be adept at scheduling production crews and equipment providers.
