Travel Administrator

Job Summary

Our in-house, IATA-bonded team of event travel specialists are looking for someone to provide operational and administrative support and help manage their financial operations.

To be successful in the role you will need a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes and have experience of using databases. With excellent communication skills, strong organisational aptitude and an eye for detail, you will contribute to team meetings and help ensure the travel team interact effectively with other internal departments.

On a daily basis you will be researching event travel options for clients, coordinating supplier visits and running reports and reconciliations, so you will need a solid understanding of global geography as well as a basic knowledge of travel suppliers, networks and products. You will also be allocated financial tasks and ad hoc project work, and be responsible for providing reception cover.
