We've added Natalie Siegel to our growing Leadership Team
International meetings specialist, Natalie Siegel, joins our US Senior Leadership Team with a promotion to Account Director.
Natalie’s decade-long dedication to Ashfield Meetings & Events by strengthening relationships with her clients and supporting her team members’ developments has made her the perfect candidate for this position.
Natalie originally joined Ashfield Meetings & Events as a Project Executive and was quickly promoted to Project Manager, largely responsible for managing global clinical business across a variety of accounts. Managing clients and events across all continents, Natalie was then promoted to Account Manager, and continued to significantly build strong client relationships.
Not long after, Natalie joined the US team as a remote manager, overseeing EU and US-based teams across significant time zone differences and found herself promoted to Senior Account Manager, also named as 2016 US Employee of the Year.
“Ashfield Meetings & Events has been such a fantastic environment for me to progress in my career. I have been lucky to work across such a robust network of clients, delivering a wide array of meeting types with a uniquely talented group of colleagues,” says Natalie. “Since I joined the US business four years ago, my client and event exposure has grown significantly which has really solidified my understanding of the niche healthcare meetings industry and requirements of each stakeholder.”
Ashfield Meetings & Events’ SVP Operations, Laura Brown, believes Natalie’s appointment will bring additional strategic insights to the Senior Leadership Team, her operational team, and the entire organization.
“Natalie’s expertise and contributions to the business have been exceptional throughout her career here at Ashfield Meetings & Events. She has an extensive understanding of cultural nuances that apply to the healthcare meetings industry,” says Laura. “It has been such a pleasure to work with Natalie over the years and I am so excited to support her transition into her new role and wish her all the best."
